Shipping and Handling

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days once the order has been placed. This may be affected by national holidays, vacation, etc. We are currently shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information and you are responsible for tracking your shipment. Brown Sugar Shop is not responsible for theft of incorrect delivery of packages. PLEASE make sure you have put in the correct shipping address at checkout. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us.

Multiple orders can be combined into one order (shipping overages will be refunded) but only before the shipment has shipped.
